strazactl apps objects refresh

List a server's objects again now instead of at the next 10-minute listing

Synopsis

Asks Straza to list the server’s objects now, for example after a repo was created. One strazad replica runs the listing within 30 seconds, and every replica holds the result after that. A server listed less than a minute ago refuses, and the answer says when to try again. The listing writes its record to the audit log.
