Write hook wiring for Tier-1 harnesses (user mode, or --managed system layout)

Synopsis
Wires the hooks and the MCP entry into each named harness: claude-code, codex or gemini. Without --managed it writes your own settings, and with --managed the root-owned layout that a user cannot edit.
straza install <harness>... [flags]
Examples
straza install claude-code
sudo straza install --managed --server https://straza.example.com claude-code
Options
--bin-dir string managed binary directory (default: /usr/local/bin or %ProgramData%\straza\bin)
--managed install the root-owned, managed layout that a user cannot edit (run with sudo, or as an administrator on Windows)
--server string strazad base URL the managed layout pins for every user of this machine (required with --managed)
